TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Use of a fire bowl only (propane or fire)
You are responsible for creating a safe space around your fire
Please leave the street as clean as you can
Please ensure everything is removed from the street at the end of the evening
Fire bowls are to be used between 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Main street is closed to vehicle traffic between Hewetson Ave and the corner of St John Ave. If your fire bowl is in that area you will NOT receive barricades.
If you are in an area open to vehicle traffic, please use barricades to create a safe area for shoppers to enjoy your fire bowl. Barricades will be supplied by the Town. Barricades will be picked up on Monday, we ask that you store them inside your store for us over the weekend.
AGREEMENT
I understand the terms of having a fire bowl and will be responsible for attending and supervising it at all times. I am responsible for it being safe to the public and the surrounding area.
