Thank you for filling out the SEND Voices Wokingham Annual SEND survey.

This survey is about your experience with the SEND system in Wokingham Borough over the past year (since June 2025).

It’s for families of all children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), with and without formal diagnoses and whether or not they have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or are on SEN support at school.

Your views matter.
All responses are anonymous and will be read carefully. We’ll share the results with local Education, Health and Social Care teams, including the Area SEND Partnership Board and other key groups, to help improve services. If you have more than one child with SEND, please fill in a separate survey for each child.

The survey takes about 25 minutes.
