Your voice matters! Taking a few minutes to participate in this survey will help the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council (CDDC) decide how to spend time and money to improve the lives of Coloradans with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

The CDDC is a group of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and parents or guardians of people with these experiences, invited by the Governor to volunteer and to advocate for changes to policies and systems that increase integration and inclusion. We receive federal funds to make and implement a plan that includes goals, priorities, objectives, and activities that increase opportunity for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to participate in all aspects of life.

It’s your choice whether to complete the survey or not. This survey has no impact on anyone’s eligibility for, or access to, services. The CDDC will not know which people took the survey. There is no way for us to know how a particular person answers any question.

To ask for more information or to request assistance to complete the survey, please contact Joelle Brouner at joelle.brouner@state.co.us.
