Naval spouses and partners bring valuable skills, experience and resilience to the workforce, but often face unique challenges in building and maintaining a career alongside service life. Although support is available, it does not always reflect the realities of frequent moves, deployments and changing family demands.
This survey aims to understand your experiences, what has helped, what has not, and what employers could do differently to create more flexible and supportive career opportunities.
Your insights will help shape future support and encourage employers to better recognise and value the contribution of Naval spouses and partners. The survey should take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
