The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) is developing the National Pathology Standard (Standard) to replace the Requirements for medical pathology services.
Your feedback will help finalise this new Standard.

Please read the draft Standard (reading time 45 minutes). Being familiar with the Standard assists with completing the survey.
This survey takes about 30 minutes to finish.
All questions but two, are optional. If you don’t want to answer these questions, select not applicable.
