Cook Shire Council is seeking community feedback to help inform the 2026–27 Budget.

This survey is not about selecting specific projects. Instead, it focuses on your experience of Council services, where you are feeling pressure, and how Council can balance affordability with service delivery during a time of rising costs.

Like households and businesses, Council is experiencing increasing costs. For context, Queensland CPI is currently around 5.2% (based on Brisbane), and cost pressures in regional and remote areas are often higher due to freight, labour and construction costs.
