IntroductionThe POA National Executive Committee is asking all POA members working within public sector prisons in England and Wales to complete this survey.
This survey has been designed to gather members' views and experiences on pay, safety, wellbeing, staffing levels, leadership, training, and working conditions. The findings will help inform submissions to the Pay Review Body and support efforts to improve members' pay, health, wellbeing, and working conditions.
The survey is anonymous. The only identifying information requested is your grade, job role, and establishment.
