About the Plan

Shaped by community feedback, the James City County Strategic Plan builds a strong foundation for future investments, the provision of public services and facilities, and County work plans in the coming years.

After several months of collecting data and community feedback, a draft of the updated Strategic Plan is available for the public to review.
