ACAAM Virtual Fellow Lightning Round Presentations
May 27, 2026 | 2 - 4 pm ET

ACAAM invites addiction medicine fellows (ACAAM members only) to submit a 5‑minute oral presentation for the May 27 Virtual Fellow Lightning Round Session.

Eligible Presentation Types
  • Original research
  • Case reports
  • Clinical or educational innovations
  • Works‑in‑progress
Submission Must Include
  • Presentation Title
  • 3–5 Sentence Summary
    • Will be published
    • Spell out all terms; no abbreviations
  • PowerPoint Presentation (max 5 slides, 16:9 format)
    • Title slide counts toward the 5‑slide limit
    • ACAAM staff will remove extra slides
    • Leave space in the upper right corner for your presenter image (avoid placing text there)
    • This PPT is your actual presentation, not an abstract
    • Placeholders allowed for pending results; updates can be made later
  • You may copy/paste special characters and formatting directly into the form
Important Information
  • Presenters must be available to present live (virtual) on May 27, 2–4 PM ET
  • All ACAAM members will receive Zoom registration details
  • No cost to attend or participate
  • Submissions may not promote or advocate for a commercial interest
  • Accepted proposals may appear online, including acaam.org
    • Submitters are responsible for ensuring there are no conflicts with public posting
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by April 1, 2026
