Plan Year 2026 Annual Action Plan

In preparation for the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for Plan Year (PY) 2026, the City is collecting input from community members to identify priority CDBG spending needs for PY 2026, which is October 1, 2026-September 30, 2027. Community input is very valuable and affects funding decisions for the 2026 Plan Year. Please take a few minutes and share your feedback with the City.

* 2. The City's CDBG funded Emergency Minor Home Repair and Accessibility Improvement Program (EMRAP) received funding in the past year at $136,700. The great majority of beneficiaries of this program are disabled seniors living on fixed incomes. This program assists an average of 15-20 qualifying Low- and Moderate-Income (LMI) homeowners each year by addressing housing deteriorations which threaten the livability of the home. Do you support maintaining this program's funding at a level comparable for PY 2026?
