SROA invites you to participate in our Radiation Oncology Practice Metrics survey. This survey compiles comprehensive data points for RO clinical practices including productivity benchmarks, roles and responsibilities, salary & benefits for each role, facility statistics, equipment and software used.

This survey can take respondents ~1 hour to complete in one sitting. However, the system will allow participants to save responses, exit and come back later to finish. Some of the items to collect in preparation for completion include:
  • Job descriptions/responsibilities
  • Midpoint/Average salary ranges
  • Requirements for each position (education, certification, min. years of experience, etc.)
  • Productivity benchmarks for applicable clinical roles
  • Temp Staff information
  • Equipment types and volumes and statistics
  • Treatment and Simulation statistics

In order to preserve survey data entered until you complete this survey, it is recommended that you keep the browser window open (do not close). Google Chrome is the recommended browser but Microsoft Edge and Firefox will work as well. You MUST have third party cookies enabled on your browser for this to function properly. This survey can take 60+ minutes to complete, depending on how many role categories are selected.
