Join the Actuaries Institute's Mentor Program and contribute to shaping the future of our profession by sharing your valuable insights and expertise. Our program thrives on experienced individuals like you, who bring sound knowledge and a passion for nurturing the next generation of actuaries.

This year, we've changed how the program works to create more purposeful and organic connections. Instead of us matching you with someone, mentees can now browse mentor profiles and choose who they want to work with. Mentors then select from a curated list of suitable applications.

As a mentor, you should be a member of the Institute with 9-10 years+ experience and wants to give back to the profession.
  • Strong Communicators who can provide honest, constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Passionate Mentors with a genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed.
  • Active Listeners who can understand challenges and provide practical solutions.
  • Collaborative Leaders who value confidentiality and create supportive learning environments.
Get involved, share your insights and help make a difference to the careers of emerging actuaries. The program runs from April to November (for 6-months)
