This survey is the opportunity to gather member input for the Southwest Florida Healthcare Coalition 2026-2027 Hazard Vulnerability Analysis and Gap Assessment This is a required Coalition report that allows us to focus our efforts to meet the region's needs. Please take the time to answer the survey questions. This will enable the Coalition to better understand the areas that can be improved upon and help deliver the resources that may be needed to fill the gaps that you identify by offering more trainings and exercises, funding for equipment, or information.
