2025 NWSA Annual Conference Reception Request Form Survey

The National Women's Studies Association welcomes requests for receptions at our 2025 Annual Conference, in San Juan Puerto Rico, November 13-17th. Receptions include, but are not limited to, small celebrations (such a book signing, the launch of special journal issues etc.), meetings specific to Constituency Groups (such as a Caucus hosting a welcome gathering for new and returning members), reunion-esque meetings for Women's, Gender, and Sexuality studies (WGSS) departments/programs, or other iterations of bringing folks together with food and beverages.

We accept requests from institutional members, exhibitors, and groups affiliated with the Association. We ask you to review the information below before submitting your request. Additionally, please note that auxiliary fees may may apply if your proposed event/program requires changes from our existing room set-up, additional equipment, food, or beverage.

In order to best meet the your needs and that of our local partners at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, please submit this form by June 1st, 2025.
