The Starfish Award, inspired by the poem Starfish, is an annual award established by an anonymous donor in honor of the many employees who demonstrate exemplary service to elders and families. This award recognizes employees whose care philosophy touches the hearts of those they serve in a way that is above and beyond any job description.
