I have met the required program MQS in the last 12 months. The score was obtained at a United States Archery Team (USAT) or USA Archery sanctioned events listed as State, Regional or National or at a World Archery sanctioned event and I can provide proof of obtaining the MQS via a scorecard.

I have earned the JOAD Outdoor Achievement Blue Pin (or higher level pin) and my club leader can provide proof of obtaining the MQS via a scorecard.

I have not achieved the required program MQS or the JOAD Outdoor Blue Achievement Pin and I will try to achieve the MQS at the first camp of the year (Skip questions 21 and 22)
