2024 WASBO Facilities Management Conference Sponsorship |
The 2024 Facilities Management Conference is set for February 13-14, 2024, at the Kalahari Convention Center. Please note that sponsor fees are separate from exhibitor fees.
Conference sponsorship opportunities are available to organizations that provide goods and services to school districts. By sponsoring a portion of the WASBO Facilities Management Conference, your organization receives outstanding visibility for your products and services. WASBO’s mission is to provide professional development, to foster a network of support and to advocate for funding that ensures outstanding educational opportunities for all children in Wisconsin. We know we cannot do this without the support of our Service Affiliate members! Part of your support comes from the conference sponsorships members like you provide. In return, WASBO continues to increase the visibility of your company’s products and services with enhanced sponsor benefits before, during, and after conferences.
Given this, starting on July 1, 2023, with our new fiscal year, WASBO will be slightly increasing our sponsor fees — which have not been raised for members since 2019 — in line with inflation. The new fees will be:

- Platinum Sponsorships: $3,750 for members and $4,250 for nonmembers
- Gold Sponsorships: $2,750 for members and $3,250 for nonmembers
- Silver Sponsorships: $1,750 for members and $2,000 for nonmembers
- Bronze Sponsors: $1,000 for members and $1,250 for nonmembersThis includes Beverage Cart Sponsorships for WASBO’s Fall & Spring Fundraisers
By completing this form, you are agreeing to sponsor the conference. Please complete all the information below. We will invoice you for the amount due.
Benefits of sponsorship include:
• Digital advertising and recognition on WASBO GO mobile app (Bronze and Above)
• Participation in priority exhibitor registration (Bronze level and above. Exhibitor fees NOT included with sponsorship)
• Attendee list for one-time use
• Special identification at your exhibit space (if registered separately to exhibit)
• Distinction on your name badge (if registered separately to attend the conference)
• Listing as sponsor on prominent signage displayed throughout the conference
• Acknowledgement in rotating sponsor box on WASBO's website (Bronze level and above)
• Recognition in the next issue of WASBO Focus
Some sponsorships may include additional recognition specific to the sponsored event or area being sponsored.
Sponsor levels for members:
Platinum: $3,750 (includes one attendee registration, homepage & event dashboard ads, logo on splash page, banner ad, and logo recognition on app that links to your website, logo on print signs, identification on name badge, standing recognition, recognition on marketing materials)
Gold: $2,750 (includes event dashboard ad, logo on splash page, banner ad, and logo on app that links to your website, logo on print signs, identification on name badge, standing recognition, recognition on marketing materials)
Silver: $1,750 (includes banner ad, and logo on app that links to your website, logo on print signs, identification on name badge, standing recognition, recognition on marketing materials)
Bronze: $1,000 (includes logo on app that links to your website, logo on print signs, identification on name badge, standing recognition, recognition on marketing materials)
