C&M VCFSE alliance and NHS C&M, our integrated care board, are working together to design a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will strengthen how they work together for the benefit of their communities and neighbourhoods.
The MoU will set out shared principles, expectations and ways of working that support strong, consistent and equitable partnership across the area.
This survey invites views on what an MoU should include and we suggest it may take around 30 minutes to complete.
Your views will directly influence the content and focus of our proposed MoU, so this is your chance to tell us what strong, fair and effective partnership should look like.
