RTD’s Civil Rights Title VI Program provides continuous oversight to ensure we are not only in compliance but working to advance transit equity. RTD’s Transit Equity Office works to ensure public transit is provided in a nondiscriminatory manner, to promote full and fair public participation in transit decision-making, and to allow for meaningful access to transit-related programs and activities by customers with limited English proficiency.
