21st CCLC Afterschool Program Community Needs & Resources Assessment Survey

Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 (SIU) proudly offers the Schuylkill ACHIEVE afterschool program through Pennsylvania’s 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) grants, serving K-8 students across Schuylkill County. The 21st CCLC program is the nation’s only federal funding source dedicated solely to before-school, afterschool, and summer learning programs.

To continue improving Schuylkill ACHIEVE, we are conducting the 21st CCLC Afterschool Needs and Resources Assessment to better understand the needs of our students, families, and community. Your anonymous feedback is vital to enhancing our programs. This survey will take less than 4 minutes to complete.
