Application Terms and Conditions
The International Speakers Exchange Award (ISEA) supports ASRT members who present original educational content at international conferences. Up to three applicants may be selected. All submissions and program administration decisions are made at the sole discretion of the ASRT Foundation and are final. Final speaker selection is determined by ASMIRT, UKIO, and CAMRT conference organizers based on their program needs.
Participation is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Failure to attend after selection may result in the participant being billed for costs incurred. Participation may be considered taxable income, and recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes. The ASRT Foundation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the program at its discretion.
Eligibility:
- All applicants must be active ASRT members and must reside within the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska.
- Applicants also must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent, or hold an unrestricted state license.
- ASRT Foundation Board of Trustees, ASRT Board of Directors, ASRT staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply.
What Is Covered
- Complimentary economy round-trip airfare
- Complimentary conference registration
- Conference lodging accommodations
- A $500 USD stipend
If a recipient resides in the conference area or chooses not to use the airfare, the airfare component is forfeited and not replaced with alternative compensation.
