Share Your ACFP Member Experience
As a member-based, not-for-profit organization, the Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) is committed to serving its membership of more than 6,000 family physicians and learners (i.e., family medicine residents and medical students). To ensure that its strategic priorities, programs, and offerings are anchored, aligned, and accountable to its membership, the ACFP requires your input.
This needs assessment should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
Survey participants can choose to submit their email address (separately from their survey responses to ensure anonymity) to be entered into a draw for one of the following prizes:
- $25 ACFP Everything Card (six cards to be drawn)
- $50 ACFP Everything Card (three cards to be drawn)
- $100 ACFP Everything Card (one card to be drawn)
- $250 Apple Gift Card (one card to be drawn)
- $500 Apple Gift Card (one card to be drawn)
- Complimentary registration for the ACFP's 2027 Family Medicine Summit (one name to be drawn)
All entries received by Sunday, May 31st will be eligible for the draw.
