This award category is available to both nursing facility and assisted living members. This award honors the best Adult Volunteer(s) for dedication and service to long-term care residents.
The Adult nominees may be either an individual or a group. The individual(s) must be 20 years of age or older. A “group” means two or more persons who provide volunteer services.
