Artisan Vendor Application
We are looking for artisan vendors! If you are an artist interesting in selling your craft at the Spring Art Fair, please fill out the below application. We are not accepting any food/drink vendors at this time.
Location: Wesbrook Community Centre (3335 Webber Ln)
Date and Time: March 14 from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Venue Details:
· Free wifi
· Accessible entrance
· 1 table and 2 chairs are provided
· Additional table rental $15 each
Additional Information:
· Applications are open from Dec 15, 2025 – Feb 15, 2026 and are accepted on a rolling basis. Spaces are limited.

The event organizing team reserves the right to review all vendor applications and approve participants at its sole discretion. Approval decisions may consider, but are not limited to, the overall event program, diversity of offerings, space limitations, and potential conflicts with existing services delivered by the UNA.
To maintain program integrity and avoid competing interests, applications from vendors offering products or services that closely duplicate or compete with UNA programs may not be approved. Decisions are final and may not be appealed.
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and accept these conditions.
