2026 Cycle Oregon Events Scholarship Application

Financial Scholarship Support Application & Guidelines

With support from the Cycle Oregon Foundation, we are able to provide one (1) full scholarship and three (3) partial scholarships to qualified individuals for each event. Through this program we aim to reduce or remove the financial barrier that may hinder cycling participation from underrepresented communities. We ask that applicants understand the Cycle Oregon non-profit mission and offer to use their experience with us in support of our community goals.

Our application does not require documentation though we ask for transparency in your answers and appreciate your honesty in providing those details. If any elements of the submission process concern you or you have additional information to share, please use the open comment section at the end of the survey.

The application is open from January 8, 2026 through February 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PST); submissions after this deadline will not be processed for review.

Partial ride scholarship assistance will qualify the applicant for a 50% off discount to the standard registration fee only. Additional services such as transportation, RV parking, merchandise, etc. will require payment.
Full ride scholarship will cover 100% of the registration fee and one (1) parking pass. See details below for event specific information and what's included in each scholarship.
We can provide one scholarship per individual per calendar year.

- Private basecamp nestled along the Willamette River
- Music, clinics, and entertainment all weekend long - including our sparkle dance party!
- 6 catered meals from Spin Catering (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners)
- Fully stocked rest stops and/or water stops along the route
- Friday Welcome Social Hour with free bevs (Beer, wine, and N/A beverages)
- Hot coffee and tea each morning
- Full route support - including medical and SAG vehicles
- Marked routes and GPX files
- Mechanical bike support
- Free daily yoga
