2026 Summer Park Series Survey

From Sea to Shining Sea — July 2026 Concert

Thanks for attending the concert!

Filling out this survey helps the KSO gain information that ArtsWave and Kentucky Arts Council require to support the KSO.

Each completed form will be entered into a drawing in conjunction with each summer program on the following Friday, and a drawing for the grand prize on September 11th. This week's prize is a $25 Gift Card (Walmart/Sam's Club, Kroger, etc.) Winner will be announced on Facebook, after being contacted directly via email.

Grand Prize
This drawing will be held at the end of the Summer Series concerts. The winner will receive a KSO prize package worth nearly $500 (a pair of tickets to each concert in the KSO’s 2026-27 Subscription Series, and a $100 Amazon Gift card) and be sure to complete the post-concert surveys to increase your chance of winning.
