2026 School Supply Drive Benefiting Business Skills Partnership

On behalf of BOMA OEB, I’m excited to invite you to participate in our annual school supply drive, running from June 17 - July 20. The school supply drive supports Building Skills Partnership (BSP), a nonprofit that provides education and career development programs for property service workers and their families. The supplies we collect will go direction to the children of janitorial, security, maintenance, and custodial workers in the Bay Area. If your building would like to participate, please fill out the short survey linked below. Once I receive your response, I will follow up with additional details.
What BOMA will provide:
Collection boxes (if needed)
Posters with a QR code linked to BSP’s Amazon wish list
School supply lists
Tenant communication templates
Drop off and pick up service for the collection boxes and supplies
What we need from you:
Help spread the word to your tenants about the drive.
Please note, only principal buildings will receive physical collection boxes. All other BOMA members who wish to contribute are encouraged to donate through the Amazon wish list.

Support the industry’s property service workers through a school supply drive. Donations will help hundreds of under-resourced families throughout the Bay Area provide their children with gifts for the 2026-2027 school year.

It is critical that you inform security/lobby personnel of the delivery/pick up dates so that the process runs smoothly for all. The volunteer drivers can only come once. As they’ll be making multiple stops, we ask your help in facilitating a quick box hand-off.

4.All boxes are delivered to the front lobby. If for any reason the delivery should be made elsewhere, please provide the address and any special delivery instructions.(Required.)
