Our annual survey has not only become one of the most sought-after datasets in the nation by media and policymakers but is also leading the way when it comes to property investor sentiment research. None of this would be possible without the support of our members, property investors, as well as aligned industry associations.
Our research surveys prospective, new, and seasoned property investors to reveal their recent decisions, mood, confidence, and the key trends underlying the Australian property investment market.
