Scholarship Details

Application form for conference scholarships to be provided by Pennsylvania Citizens for Better Libraries (PCBL) for first-time attendance at the Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) Annual Conference, to take place Sunday, October 4 through Wednesday, October 7 at the Hilton in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

  • Four (4) $500 scholarships will be awarded.
  • Winners will be randomly selected, with PCBL and PaLA personal members given priority.
  • Full conference (4 days) registration for the October 4-7, 2026 conference in Harrisburg is required. Registration policies & fees.
  • The application deadline is 11:59 p.m., July 15, 2026.
  • Winners will be notified in late July and should plan to register for the conference before August 15. Scholarship funds will be remitted within 30 days of registration.
