Thanks for your interest in the 2026 Human in the Loop AI Multi-Week Program!

This application form will help us learn more about your organization's work and where you are in your AI readiness journey. We use this process to help you identify a clear and strategic organizational priority that professionals can help you address through 12 weeks of pro bono consulting support. Your responses will also help inform an educational series that will be provided (for free) to program participants alongside the pro bono support.

Following your submission, you may be contacted by the Taproot team to schedule a scoping call as the next step in the application process.

If your project is matched with a team of volunteers, you will be invited to attend a nonprofit pro bono training on July 14. You will be introduced to your volunteer team in advance of this training. Projects will launch with a mandatory virtual kick-off on August 3. Projects are expected to conclude by the week of November 9.
