ELIGIBILITY AND NOMINATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Nominees must be employees or owners of a business that is engaged in delivering hospitality experiences. We love newcomers to the industry, but for this recognition, we are seeking those who have been employed in hospitality for at least two years. We welcome you to include nominees who work here on a seasonal basis. Businesses must be located in Grand Traverse, Benzie, Leelanau or Antrim County and can include lodging, food and beverage, attractions, events, or retail. Nominations should be submitted by either an employer, a colleague or a former colleague of the nominee. Please be prepared to share a compelling explanation of what makes this person so special. We would love to hear personal stories, customer feedback, volunteer work, hobbies, etc., and we welcome you to attach additional documents to the nomination.

TIPS FOR NOMINATORS:
+ Please limit your nominations to one person in each category, and we recommend nominating someone only in the category that you believe they are best qualified.
+ Scoring criteria includes all questions on the form – the more complete the information that you provide, the better chance your nominee has of being recognized.
+ If the nominee is employed in a lodging property, the lodging-specific categories may be a great fit! (The lodging business must be a member of TCT.)
+ Please be prepared to share a compelling explanation of why you are nominating and don’t be shy in telling us what makes them a superstar!
