MSNA Hero Site Award Nomination Form

This award showcases EXCELLENCE in Teamwork, Creativity and Customer Service. Going the “Extra Mile” is a part of the team’s goals to bring their best service to the forefront.

Entry Guidelines

Any team of two or more may be nominated for this award.
At least one team member must be member of SNA/MSNA.
Each team member must be employed by a school nutrition program.
Industry members are eligible to submit nominations.
Nominations must be submitted online by March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM, CT.

Recognition

Certificate, Letter to Principal, Director and an Invitation to President’s Reception at Annual Conference.
Recognized for School Lunch Hero Day (May 1), being featured on the MSNA website, social media, and newsletter.
