In June 2016, the Strategic Planning and Implementation Committee (SPIC) with the approval of the Leadership and Council of the Institute introduced a new category of awards submissions tagged the HR Optimisation Award, to recognize and reward HR Initiatives which have impacted positively on business operations and solved key organisational problems; reinforcing HR’s presence at the table through impactful contributions as a Strategic Business Partner.
To be considered for this award, you will be required to provide information on any HR Initiative of your choice which was implemented within the last two (2) financial years and the impact such project has had on (a) Business Results (Finances/Operations) and (b) People.
