Thank you for your interest in NRECA's Empower Mentoring Program. We’ve made updates this year to create more valuable, meaningful experiences for both mentors and mentees, and we are grateful for your interest in being part of it.
This year, applicants can choose between two distinct tracks:
- Women in Power Track — A dedicated option for women in cooperatives who want to be paired with women mentors across the network, with a focus on connection, leadership development, and shared experience.
- Job Profile Track — A flexible track that allows participants to be matched with a mentor who shares their job profile or, if preferred, someone outside their profile to broaden perspective and explore new areas.
The application helps ensure thoughtful, effective mentor–mentee matches aligned with each participant’s goals. After submitting the application, all applicants will schedule a brief 15‑minute conversation to confirm interests and finalize placement.
