Information and Rules

This is an election for the ASA Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for the financial and strategic oversight of the Association.

  • The election is for three (3) positions on the Board of Directors.
  • Place a check mark on the line corresponding to the name to designate your vote.
  • ASA Regular Members can vote for a maximum of three (3) individuals.
  • Only one ballot may be submitted per company.
  • You cannot vote for same individual multiple times.
  • Ballot must be submitted online; do not mail. If you cannot use the online system, contact Michele Dickstein at michele@aviationsuppliers.org.
  • All requested information at the end of the ballot (name, company, etc.) must be completed in order for ballot to count.
  • Ballot information is only disclosed to Michele Dickstein and, if needed, to ASA’s General Counsel. Only aggregate numbers are disclosed to the Board of Directors and for any member inquiries.
  • The election ends at 3 p.m. ET on August 24, 2026.
