Affiliate meetings and events are permitted during the following times:

| Sunday, December 6 | 10:30 AM-1:15 PM | 6:30 PM-8:30 PM |
| Monday, December 7 | 5:30 PM-8:30 PM | |
*To ensure allocation of a meeting space and inclusion of group’s information on the Affiliates tab of the conference app, please submit your form by this deadline.
