WET Training Needs Assessment, FY 2026/27

Introduction

With the many recent policy changes to the Behavioral Health system-at-large, our Alameda County Behavioral Health, Workforce, Education, and Training unit is assessing the current skill development and training support needs for provider staff. Your input for this survey informs and shapes the direction of our work and what is offered to our ACBHD system. TThe goal of this survey is to ensure that our training programs reflect real needs, real challenges, and real opportunities for application and growth for our behavioral health providers, which in turn, will improve client outcomes.

We greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time to help us build a stronger, more prepared behavioral health workforce. Please also share this survey with other colleagues, training leads, and managers who can speak to the training needs of your organization or program.
