ROOST is conducting a brief survey to better understand current workforce trends across Essex County and the North Country.

We’re hearing from many businesses, particularly in visitor-facing and seasonal industries, that staffing continues to be a key challenge in day-to-day operations. This survey is intended to capture high-level input on workforce availability, recent challenges, and overall operating conditions.
