  • Be working in or pursuing a career in the asphalt industry

Scholarship Details & Timeline
  • Training Program: Caterpillar Paving Operations Training
  • Course Location & Date: Tinaja, AZ held December 1 - 4, 2026
  • What’s Covered: Full course tuition + up to $2,000 in travel expenses

  • Application Deadline: August 21, 2026
  • Notification Date: By October 1, 2026

Applications are reviewed holistically by a committee of Women of Asphalt leaders. We consider your career goals, potential impact of the training, commitment to professional growth, and the overall quality and thoughtfulness of your application.
