2026 Nomination Committee Volunteer Questionnaire

Call for Volunteers to Serve on the ARIN Nomination Committee (NomCom)

Thank you for your interest in serving, for up to two years, as one of five General Member representatives to the eight-member ARIN Nomination Committee. This year there are three open seats for General Member Representatives on the NomCom for two-year terms.

As a member of the NomCom for 2026 and 2027, you would help recruit candidates for ARIN’s Board of Trustees and Advisory Council in elections to be held during that period -- 2026 (for 2027-2030 terms) and 2027 (for 2028-2031 terms). Because you would be privy to confidential personal information, you would also be held to a nondisclosure agreement.

To be considered to serve, you must be a representative from an ARIN General Member Organization in Good Standing and complete the following brief questionnaire. If you have specific questions or need to request additional information, please contact elections@arin.net.

Check your membership status in your ARIN Online account by logging in to your ARIN Online account.
Select Your Records > Organization Identifiers from the navigation menu. Choose the appropriate Org ID and on the next screen, you should see a "Membership Status" listed.

Criminal records, credit, and litigation checks would raise no concerns about your fitness to serve on this committee.
You will abide by reasonable nondisclosure and conflict of interest policies, including never revealing nonpublic information about candidates and recusing yourself from classifying candidates where conflicted.
I acknowledge that each year in which I am a NomCom member, I am not running in an ARIN election.
