2026-27 Mentor Application

We are so excited that you have decided to take on the role of MENTOR in our 2026-27 ACHE of Georgia Mentorship Program. Before committing to join the program, we want to ensure that you understand our purpose and YOUR ROLE in the program. Our program was designed to facilitate the professional growth and development of our members as they navigate their healthcare leadership journey. Mentors are provided with opportunities to help make a lasting impact on the healthcare pipeline and to promote the values of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

As a way to help guide the Mentor-Mentee relationship, we ask that you agree to the following as part of the program:
  • The program runs from mid-October to July 1, 2027. Applicants must be able to commit to the entire program duration, as mentors have set aside dedicated time to provide guidance and support.
  • Look for your Mentee to arrange your first meeting (virtual/F2F) within the first 30 days of the match and be prepared to set at least 3 mutual goals.
  • Engage with your MENTEE at least once per month. Virtual/F2F meetings will happen on an agreed-upon cadence.
  • Review several online documents and surveys that will be completed by your MENTEE throughout the program.
  • Commit to giving your very best during the program.

You will receive an email notification with the name and contact information for your new MENTEE by mid-October. Please SAVE THE DATE for our Mentorship Program Launch EVENT on OCTOBER 22nd from 6:00 pm- 8:30 pm (details to follow). Thank you for being a part of our program!
