The Australian Museums and Galleries Association By-Laws govern and determine the governing process for the Victorian Branch. Other relevant documents are AMaGA's Constitution and Regulations.
Nominations are being called for election to the Committee of Australian Museums and Galleries Association Victoria for the 2026 – 2028 term. Nominations can be made for the Executive Committee (four positions) or for an Ordinary Member (minimum of three and up to six positions).
Nominations must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, 10 April 2026. For your convenience, the 2026 election calendar has been provided below.

Candidates for election and their nominators must be an Individual Member or a designated representative of an Organisational Member of Australian Museums and Galleries Association Victoria. You can learn more about becoming a member here.
