The ATL regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys to better understand who is using Xpress commuter bus services, how they are using the service, and their overall satisfaction level with the service. Our goal is to gain a deeper understanding of customer travel trends, so we can identify strategies that improve Xpress service and enhance the overall customer experience.
