Hamilton Bike Share is conducting an annual survey in order to understand our riders and what we can do to make bike share even better.
In this survey, we’ll ask you questions about your bike share use and your satisfaction with the system. We’ll end by collecting some demographic information to learn more about who our riders are.

This survey should only take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. If you choose to participate in the draw, you will be entered to win one of three prizes:
- One grand prize of $100 in bike share credits
- Two prizes of $20 in bike share credits.
Winners will be contacted in December after the survey closes.
