MSNA Hero Site Award Nomination Form

This award showcases EXCELLENCE in Teamwork, Creativity and Customer Service. Going the “Extra Mile” is a part of the team’s goals to bring their best service to the forefront.

Entry Guidelines
  • Any team of two or more may be nominated for this award.
  • At least one team member must be member of SNA/MSNA.
  • Each team member must be employed by a school nutrition program.
  • Industry members are eligible to submit nominations.
  • Nominations must be submitted online by March 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM, CT.

Recognition
  • Certificate, Letter to Principal, Director and an Invitation to President’s Reception at Annual Conference.
  • Recognized for School Lunch Hero Day (May 2), being featured on the MSNA website, social media, and newsletter.
