The Augusta Health Way Excellence Award is the highest pinnacle honor in our organization. It is reserved for those remarkable individuals who truly live The Augusta Health Way, are testaments to inspiration and engagement, and consistently perform at the highest levels.
Use this form to nominate teammates for this prestigious award. Annually, senior leadership will award six front-line team members and four formal leaders based on established criteria.
As The Augusta Health Way Excellence Award is our most exclusive award, only individuals can be nominated. If you wish to recognize a team of two or more, please submit a Values Role Model nomination.
