Greater Madison MPO Certification Review Survey: 2025

Part One: Your Involvement with the Greater Madison MPO

Every five years, our agency undergoes a federal certification review. As part of this process, community members in the Greater Madison region are invited to share feedback directly with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

Please complete the survey and share your experiences working with or engaging with the MPO. The survey is open through Monday, January 5, 2026. Your input helps assess how well the MPO is fulfilling its responsibilities—an important component of the certification process.

The certification review process is required for the MPO to continue accessing federal funding for transportation planning and programs.
