Make a difference in the future of family medicine by providing powerful information about income and career satisfaction in the specialty. Your participation in this anonymous survey will help fuel an important update of the AAFP’s interactive career benchmark dashboard. The career benchmark dashboard is available to all AAFP members at no cost, including students and residents.
Results from this survey will add 2024 data to the data that are currently available in the dashboard. We encourage you to take the survey with your 2024 compensation and position information, even if you took the survey in 2023, to help demonstrate how family physician salaries and benefits are trending over the past two years.
Your survey responses are completely anonymous and should take no more than 10 minutes to provide. The survey asks about your 2024 position(s), pre-tax income, schedule, benefits and work satisfaction. If you don’t have your 2024 taxes or current contract on hand, please just respond to the best of your ability.
