2024 Skate Ontario AGM Delegate Form

Eligibility:

In accordance with By-Law 3.15- Delegates- Members will appoint in writing (inclusive of electronic notice) to the Corporation the Delegate represent the Member. Delegates must: be at least eighteen years of age; not have been found under the Substitute Decisions Act 1992 or under the Mental Health Act to be incapable of managing property; and be acting as the Member's representative.

Timelines:

Skate Ontario requests that all Delegate forms be completed by Sunday September 15, 2024 at 11:59pm ET/10:59 CT.

By Thursday, September 19, 2024, confirmed delegates will receive login instructions for Skate Ontario's webinar and voting platforms. Delegates will be required to login Saturday, September 21, 2024 by 9:15am ET/8:15am CT. The meeting will commence at 9:30am ET/8:30am CT on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
