starts January 10th, 2024 - SIGN UP NOW so we can be sure to order in enough supplies. Suppliers will start shutting down mid-December for their annual holiday/inventory shutdowns. So we want to get a head start on ordering in supplies.

WE DON'T HAVE A LIMIT IN THE CLUB AT THIS TIME
but if it gets too big (as in previous years) we will close signups
due to the amount of clubs we have for 2024

Welcome to our new 2024 SIGNS OF CHRISTMAS CLUB. All designs are from Annie Beez Folk Art and all are finished as flat finishes. They are a bit larger this year so you can use them as ornaments if you wish OR you can use to display on a tier tray, propped on a shelf OR however you wish to display them. So since they are a bit bigger we are not calling this an ornament club but they certainly could be used as one. Another GREAT series coming in 2024 from Annie Beez Folk Art.

There will be 12 charts total in the series with one releasing each month January - December 2024 on/around the 10th of each month. We may release them sooner - we have to work that out yet and coordinate with all the other clubs we have for 2024.

Stitch count of each design will be 100w x 100h approx - each one may vary slightly but the largest would be this size.

The models were all stitched on 36ct flax edinburgh linen from Zweigart using 2 strands over 2 threads. So an 18ct aida would give you the same size finish. We will also be offering some alternate fabrics for those that wish to stitch on antoher count fabric - BUT remember that will change the size of the design. You can also stitch over 1 on 36ct if that is what you like to do and then they would be super cute and ornament sized finishes. So CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC CAREFULLY below as we will give you different options.

Each monthly design will be trimmed with a chenille trim from Lady Dot Creates. Three colors will be used thruout the series.

NOTE: the vintage tinsel will be sold in 6yd packs which will be enough to finish all 12 ornaments if stitched on 36ct (over 2) or 18ct aida. IF YOU ARE STITCHING on 32ct evenweave then you may not have enough for all 12 ornaments, so you may consider ordering 2 packs of the trim. We will have this thruout the series so you can order more later if you wish OR order 2 packs when you sign up.

All are stitched using DMC floss. We will not be offering the floss as many can purchase this much cheaper elsewhere. We have listed below in the form what colors of DMC you will need for the full series.

We plan to ship around the 10th of each month starting in January 2024. SO SIGN UP NOW....we need to get a count of how many charts we will need and get supplies on order. We want to be ready for the January 2024 release coming up due to the holidays coming up and delays from suppliers during that time.

BILLING/ SHIPPING: we will bill you directly thru paypal. We will bill on the 10th of the prior month and ship by the 10th of the actual month. Example: we will bill on December 10th for the 1st release in January 2024, bill on January 10th for the February 2024 release etc.

We bill a month ahead on this club only due to the large volume of signups we normally get for the club. It takes awhile for everyone to pay and once we are ready to ship we like to be able to mail them all out at one time. We had approx 450 people in the club in 2023 so it get's rather large. PLEASE make prompt payment when you receive our invoice. This enables us to ship when we need to. With a club this large it needs to run smoothly with no hangups. If you foresee some delay in making payment please email us at crazyanniesstitchin@yahoo.com and let us know so we are aware of the delay. Continual late or non-payments will result in you being canceled from the club. We will not chase you down for payment.

WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE CLUB THIS IS A ONE YEAR COMMITMENT as we order in supplies based on the number of signups we get. So PLEASE be sure you intend to remain in the club for the year.

All orders will ship USPS First Class Mail w/tracking. If you get the chart only it will ship at a reduced rate each month of $ 2.00. We do this to save you postage for the year on just getting a chart each time. These will NOT have tracking.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we do ship Internationally. Your shipping cost is based on weight and location. We however are not currently shipping anything to the United Kingdom due to the VAT tax that we now have to collect and pay. We are not setup for that at this time.

This group is currently active (you can join now) and people are now sharing stitching of the last 4 EXCLUSIVE ornament series we have done with Annie Beez and will include the new 2024 SIGNS OF CHRISTMAS series as well.

Julia Brooks is the Admin of the Group as well as myself. and Annie from Annie Beez. Julia will be the main admin overseeing the group. Annie will be in the background busy designing and myself busy shipping and running our business. NOTE: if stitching on any other fabric other than 36ct or 18ct you may need to adjust the DMC floss and trim - this list is based on 36ct/18ct fabric stitched using 2 strands over 2 threads

DMC FLOSS: this is a list of the DMC floss you will need (we are not offering the floss) 1 skein each of: B5200, 420, 469, 801, 816, 3328, 3345, 3364, 3712, 224, 310, 422, 728, 950, 977, 3755. There may be a few other colors used here and there but these are the main ones being used as of now.

For the first chart you will need from the list above the B5200 - 3712 and then from 3224 thru the rest of the list are colors that will also be used on future releases.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE OPTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING WHAT YOU WANT - we want to be sure you are getting what you want and we have a few different options this time for fabrics (stitching over 2 threads OR stitching over 1 thread which would make them smaller and more of an ornament size)

CHENILLE TRIM by Lady Dot Creates (3yds/pkg) - $6.00/pkg
one pkg will be enough for 3 finishes. You will need approx 32" per design when stitching on 36ct over 2 threads. The colors may vary thruout the series - so we will ship added trims to you as needed - with the total packages over time being around 4 pkgs we think. ONE PKG of SIZZLE will ship with the first chart

CALLED FOR FABRIC: we are only offering the 36ct or 18ct fabric to ship monthly with the chart if you choose fabric - all others we will ship only a larger cut that will give you enough to stitch the full series - this will expedite shipments each month for those that wish to have an alternate fabric.

36ct flax edinburgh linen by Zweigart - 12 x 12 cut - $ 8.00 each
this will ship monthly with each chart - fabric cut allows for an approx 3" border on all sides for finishing - this fabric cut is for stitching over 2 threads

36ct vintage country mocha linen by Zweigart - 1yd cut - $ 82.00/yd
this will give you 12 - 12x12 cuts - it will come to you as a 1yd cut and you will cut your own 12x12 squares out of it - CHEAPER OPTION FOR YOU

36ct flax edinburgh linen by Zweigart -1/2yd cut - $ 41.00/cut
this fabric cut is for stitching over 1 thread for those that like stitching over 1 - this count over 1 thread will make each one a design size of approx 3x3 and more of an ornament size - you can cut the squares 9x9 and this 1/2yd cut will give you 12 - 9x9 squares - this allows for approx 3" border on all sides for finishing

ALTERNATE FABRICS: we know alot of you like to stitch over 1 thread instead of 2 threads - so we have some fabric options for you below - over 1 thread will make the design smaller and be a bit more of a standard ornament size if you prefer that. If you have another fabric count you prefer - email us and we will see if we can get it for you.

THE 18ct aida is an alternate color - FLAX we cannot be in Aida and this is closest match we could come up with

18ct platinum aida by Zweigart - 12x12 cut - $ 7.00 each
this will ship monthly with each chart - fabric cut allows for an approx 3" border in all sides for finishing
NOTE: the aida is different than the called for color as FLAX is not available to us in AIDA - so we found the closest match we could for all you aida stitchers out there.

18ct platinum aida by Zweigart - - 1yd cut - $ 48.00/yd
this will give you only 9 - 12x12 cuts and you will cut your own 12x12 squares out of it - CHEAPER OPTION FOR YOU BUT you will need a bit more - you can order 2 yards if you wish (add note in comments you want 2 yds) or email us and possibly we can do 1.5 yds for you where you then would get another 3 cuts from the extra 1/2yd then giving you a total of 12 cuts with some fabric left over - we are trying to keep it as simple as possible for everyone

40ct flax newcastle linen by Zweigart -1/2yd cut - $41.00/cut
this fabric cut is for stitching over 1 thread for those that like stitching over 1 - this count over 1 thread will make each one a design size of approx 2.5x2.5 and more of an ornament size - you can cut the squares 9x9 and this 1/2yd cut will give you 12 - 9x9 squares - this allows for approx 3" border on all sides for finishing

25ct flax dublin linen by Zweigart - 1yd cut - $ 70.00/yd
this fabric cut is for stitching over 1 thread for those that like stitching over 1 - this count over 1 thread will make each design size approx 4x4 which is a bit more of an ornament size - you can cut the squares 10x10 and this 1yd cut will give you - 15 - 10x10 squares - this allows for an approx 3" border on all sides for finishing - so you will have a few extra squares

We have alot of people that pay when they feel like it. So this is how our club will work for 2024. If payment is not made by the time we are ready to ship we will send out 1 reminder notice. Then if not paid, invoice will be canceled and your membership in the club will be canceled as well. We don't have time to chase down payments.
